How to request deletion
Send an email to info@kuwaitoptical.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Include these details
- Your registered mobile number used in the app.
- Your registered email address, if available.
- Your full name.
- A short statement confirming that you want the account deleted.
What will be deleted
Once your request is verified and approved, Kuwait Optical Company will delete or anonymize the customer account data associated with your profile, subject to any legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, payment-reconciliation, or order-retention obligations that require limited records to be retained.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, tax, accounting, payment, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or security obligations. Retained records are kept only to the extent reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Request timeline
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification. If additional information is needed to verify account ownership, support may contact you before the deletion request is completed.
